Porcelain set designed by Oliver Brix For natural contouring the porcelain surfaces of crowns as well as preparing high-performance porcelains and emax®.
The set contains a selection of instruments from coarse to superfine for complete surface preparation of porcelain.
If the crown is prepared with the TURBO diamond (Perikymata Grinder) using an undulating technique, it creates perikymata on the porcelain facing.
The shape of the spiral with and without a diamondcoated surface produces an anatomically natural-looking surface in a matter of seconds.
The ultra-thin diamond disc with a non-cutting edge is used to smooth the porcelain surface, preventing scratches and sharp edges.
The CeraGlaze polishers are ideal for finishing an accurately fitting porcelain shoulder.
Porcelain preparation set designed by Marcel Unger
Porcelain preparation set designed by Master Dental Technician, Marcel Unger The set was compiled with instruments for the efficient contouring of surfaces with pressable ceramics and veneering porcelains.
The newly designed CeraGlaze polishers feature high flexibility and a long service life, which is created by the rubber bond that is used instead of the conventional silicone bond.
The instruments are arranged clearly according to the working stages to allow quick access.
Master Dental Technician M. Unger is an instructor and head of allceramic application courses with Heraeus Kulzer.
The selected instruments have consistently proven successful in the routine working procedure and in all-ceramic user courses.
Rotary instrument set for anterior and occlusal porcelains designed by Jochen Peters
Rotary instrument set for porcelain anteriors and occlusals designed by Jochen Peters.
Specially coordinated rotary instruments for efficiently preparing and finishing porcelain facings.
Set for occlusal contouring
Porcelain fulfils the highest aesthetic demands.
Function and aesthetics are good reasons for compiling a set for the professional contouring of porcelain occlusal surfaces.
Specialists Jan-Holger Bellmann & Christian Hannker have incorporated their knowledge and long years of experience in the set.
The instruments have been tested for practical application and are used for the fabrication of optimal restorations.
The selection of instruments enables nature’s example to be reproduced easily and quickly.
The instruments should be used with water cooling.
The ideas were provided by lecturers involved with international courses and congresses.
All-ceramic zirconia framework preparation by Marcel Unger
All-ceramic zirconia framework preparation by Marcel Unger, Master Dental Technician The preparation of all-ceramics is always presented with new challenges.
The advantage of the low thermal conductivity of zirconia is offset by the hardness of the material.
The set contains instruments that provide reliable dry preparation of high-performance ceramics and all-ceramics.
The FG diamonds have been selected for minor adjustments to the inside of crowns.
Scientific studies have revealed that there is no risk of overheating the surface with “dry preparation” of zirconia using AllCeramic SuperMax
instruments. A maximum heat build-up of only 96°C was measured.
MasterTray Set
An instrument selection put together by practitioners for chair-side work. The set includes the most important instruments for initial preparatory work through to the final polish.
Carbide cutters for plaster, acrylics and non-precious metal alloys (e.g. casting work) provide support for each phase of the finishing.
The AllCeramic SuperMax grinders produce a fine polished surface on all types of ceramic and zirconia and their ceramic bond prevents chipping.
The PrimeCut SL with three blue stripes simplifies the cutting of clasps and model casting sprues.
Acrylic, precious metal and ceramic polishers produce the perfect polish, which are bacteria retention-free.
The Ti F® trimmer set for full denture prosthetics acc.
Quality rather than quantity and everything under control When trimming all materials used for full denture prosthetics, quality and efficiency is not achieved by the quantity of trimmers, but rather by a sensible selection of instruments and using them for specific purposes.
Instead of trimming functional impression trays with cutters, Karl-Heinz Kِrholz has added special diamond burs to the set which increase the service-life of the instruments.
The diamond burs can be used for trimming impression tray materials as well as all types of denture material and type 4 plasters effectively, smoothly and rapidly yet without extreme heat build-up.
A pleasant side-effect is the satin-like finish on the surface of the material.
As these trimmers are purpose-used on different materials, this set has matured into a readily manageable yet highly effective assortment which, during everyday practice, has been proven by Karl-Heinz Kِrholz and his staff 1000 times over for applications ranging from casting models to reassembling.

11 Steps to Success
Modell fabrication set by Master Technician Christian Rohrbach.
Model cast trimming set
Model cast trimming set according to Klaus Dittmar The small pointed shapes are for trimming the juncture between clasp stem and clasp as well as fully contouring Bonwill clasps.
The new flame-shape cutter (MC251SFE-023), with its super fine cross cut, smoothes rough surfaces after trimming with coarse instruments.
The special ergonomics of this cutter produce a smooth, non-scored surface on clasps but without impairing their precision.
The flame-shaped sintered diamond smoothes all difficult-to-access areas of chrome cobalt frameworks.
